This session is all about shaping a personalized floral vision—so coming prepared helps us make the most of our time together.
Before we meet, please make sure the following are defined or in progress:
Must-haves:
- Confirmed event date & venue.
- Estimated guest count.
- Defined floral budget (essential for guiding the proposal with intention).
Good to bring or have clarity on:
These aren’t strict requirements—but having some of these elements in mind helps us design with greater intention and alignment. Don’t worry if some are still in progress—we’re happy to guide you and be part of those decisions if you’re looking for something more integrated.
- Vendors under consideration, especially rentals for furniture and tabletop (linens, plates, glassware, etc.)
- Event timeline outline (ceremony, dinner, party, etc.)
- Venue access logistics (setup/teardown hours, restrictions, etc.)
- Inspiration cues (moodboards, photos, or even a few words that describe your vibe)
We don’t expect perfection—just a sense of where things are headed, so we can create something thoughtful, aligned, and truly meaningful.

01. The Intro Session

Our first step is an intentional conversation to understand who you are and how you want your event to feel.
We meet (virtually or in person)—usually alongside your wedding planner—to uncover the stories, emotions, and visions that will shape your floral design.
This is where everything starts—with you.
02. Tailored floral design
Creative exploration & concept development
This phase is where emotion becomes direction. We identify key floral moments—altars, entrances, aerial structures, bars—and translate them into a cohesive visual story.
We explore textures, tones, and floral forms to shape your aesthetic universe.
What you receive:
- A custom moodboard
- Preliminary sketches
- A curated flower selection aligned with your vision and seasonality
03. Concept approval & booking
Where ideas become official.
Once the proposal feels just right, we move forward with the booking.
You’ll receive a detailed quote and booking documents. A 40% deposit confirms your date and officially brings your project onto our calendar.
04. Wedding decor preview
A glimpse before the big day.
This is your chance to experience the floral design in real life before it all comes together.We create a mock-up of one selected centerpiece so you can visualize proportions, colors, and floral textures up close.
It’s an opportunity to refine details and feel confident that everything aligns with your vision.
05. Production & setup
Every bloom in its place.
We coordinate every logistic and lead the floral execution with precision and care.
Our team ensures that every design element is installed exactly as envisioned—on time, and with intention.
06. Space transformation
On the day of your event, we oversee the final styling and every last detail.
From the floral compositions to the ambient design, we make sure each element is aligned with the vision and executed with care.
